Andri Geel is an accomplished executive leader in the agricultural industry with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation. As a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), she brings strong technical expertise and strategic insight to her role, ensuring sound financial governance and sustainable growth. Her leadership style emphasises integrity, collaboration, and excellence, fostering high-performing teams and driving organisational success.

Dietmar Schroeder is a highly experienced leader in the forestry and timber industry. As an Executive, he oversees operations that drive sustainable forestry practices and timber production. His leadership combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility, ensuring the division remains competitive and aligned with global sustainability standards.

Director
Andre is the MD of the TWK Group since 2012. He is an accomplished executive, with 24 years’ experience in the agricultural sector. Andre strives to create a positive and motivating company culture and to cultivate growth opportunities for employees. He holds the ultimate responsibility for strategically managing the overall growth and productivity of the TWK Group and contributes on a strategic level to the Board of BedRock.
FERDIE BRAUCKMANN
Director
Ferdie joined the TWK Group in 2008 and has 25 years’ experience in the timber industry. He manages the timber business of TWK Group and brings a wealth of timber industry experience to the BedRock Board. Ferdie has strong leadership skills and his experience makes him well-positioned to support the strategic initiatives of the BedRock Board.
